I will be Guiding you through a deep process of healing lifetimes of both personal & inherited generational trauma that was inflicted upon women, that is sadly still happening today.

Our mothers, our grandmothers, great-grandmothers, sisters.

It was not witches who were executed.

Sisters were forced to turn on each other when their babies were held under water.

Children were forced by torture to confess their experiences with “witches”, women who just tried to heal them from their illnesses.

Women were held under water and if they could float, they were guilty and executed.

If they sank and drowned they were innocent, but then it was too late.

Women were thrown off cliffs.

Women were tied to trees or stakes & burned, or hanged.

Women were put in deep holes in the ground & buried alive.

Women were tortured until they confessed to falsities just to end their pain.

All of this trauma is held in the record of our cellular matrix, or inheritance that has been past down through our bloodlines, by way trauma/energetic imprints, beliefs, fears or learned behaviours.

In Week 1, we’ll dive into the history of the witch trials and how they created a deep fear of feminine power.
We’ll explore how this wound shows up in your life today, whether it’s fear of stepping into your gifts, being silenced, or holding back your true voice.
You’ll start to understand why this trauma lives in your body and how it’s been passed down through generations, & we will do some releasing.

WEEK 2: Reclaim Your Voice/Power/Autonomy:

In Week 2, we’ll focus on healing the fear of speaking up and owning your truth, being assertive & setting personal & business/healer-client boundaries .
So many women carry a fear of being seen and heard, but it’s time to break that silence. Many are stuck in people pleasing cycles & over compensate with their clients, which can result in being taken advantage of & having our energy drained.
Through guided practices, we’ll work on clearing these blocks, so you can confidently express yourself assertively & confidently, without fear of judgment or pleasing others.

WEEK 3: Reconnect with Your Intuition/Light/Magick:

In Week 3, you will reclaim your inner witch/healer, your intuitive, spiritual, & creative gifts. You’ll reconnect with the wisdom of your body, your womb, & the cycles of nature. Whether you’ve hidden your intuitive gifts out of fear or felt disconnected from your feminine power, this week will help you remember & embody your divine femininity & wisdom, unashamedly.

WEEK 4: Turning Your Trauma into Your Gift:

In Week 4, we’ll integrate everything you’ve learned and step fully into your empowered self. This week is all about transforming pain into power.
